As the situation around the new coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, the safety and well-being of our guests, owners and team members remains our top priority. We are closely following government instructions, as well as guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and Health Canada. As such, we have adjusted our protocols and procedures, whilst keeping everyone’s health and safety in mind.
At Whistler Vacation Club, we have always provided and ensured that each unit is fully cleaned and set-up before the arrival of every guest and/or owner. In light of Covid-19, we have placed additional procedures and protocols in place, to ensure that our thorough methods are even more thorough!
We are paying special attention to the following concerns:
Enhanced cleaning protocols have been put in place, this includes extra attention to detail on all frequent touchpoints within each unit we manage. Additionally, we have taken the time to do a deep clean all our properties, ensuring that they will be spotless and ready for your arrival.
Housekeeping services will not be provided within guest rooms during their stay. For mid-stay cleans, guests are provided with clean linen and utilities, plus bags for dirty linen and garbage etc. which can be placed outside of the room for collection.
Early check-ins or late check-outs will not be permitted to prevent extra run-ins with guests. Guests are asked to depart the unit by 10 am daily, this allows three hours before the cleaners access the unit to prepare for the next guest’s arrival. Should a guest/owner not leave the unit by 10 am, a $250 late departure fee may apply.
Online Check-In is encouraged with all guests to minimize any contact between our staff and guest/owner. Once you’re checked in, we will follow up with a phone call to ensure that you have everything you need. You can always reach us during business hours. What is Online Check-In?
Access to pools, hot-tubs and fitness centres vary, based on the ability of each property to ensure the safety of all guests. Please be sure to check with us on the latest update, as this changes frequently.

We will continue to update this page as we make additional changes to our existing communication around travel safety and flexibility.
Elevate Vacations encourages all guests who do not feel well, to please not visit us, but rather choose to visit us at a later stage once they have been cleared of any and all symptoms of the virus.
